Today I ran six miles. I recently realized the route I'd been running was only five and a half miles, so today I added the extra half mile to equal six. It took me 70 minutes. That's pretty slow per mile, but at this point I'm just proud I am actually doing it. This week, I'll just do another run on Saturday. Next week, I may do two long runs and a short run. I'm still on track to be at 13 miles in December.
